1. Email me the inspection report and executed post inspection addendum, or list of repairs requested. I will arrange to visit the property to see in person, if necessary. You don't have to let me in.
2. I will provide an itemized estimate in writing within 36 hours including a tentative date that I can begin and complete the work.
3. I will notify you if there are any items I cannot complete and can provide a connection to a trusted vendor (and when possible a written estimate from them).
4. I will provide a copy of an itemized paid receipt when the work is completed along with photos of the repairs to you and your client.
Home Owners
I'm a handyman who specializes in helping people who are buying and or selling their home.
I know how the inspection process during a real estate transaction works. I will provide you with a speedy, compete written estimate or scope of work based on your repair needs.
I will complete the work inside the timeline you need for your contract. I can even coordinate other vendors of you if needed.
